Skills & Competencies • Proven experience leading large-scale, complex business transformation initiatives from strategy formulation through execution, with a focus on enterprise-wide transformation across people, processes, operating structures, and organisational culture (excluding purely IT or digital transformation). • Ability to act as a credible senior advisor and strategic partner to leadership teams, influencing decision-making at the highest levels while maintaining strong ownership and accountability for execution and outcomes. • Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise transformation programs, including operating model redesign, organisational restructuring, process optimisation, and performance improvement initiatives. • Strong understanding of the structural and operational complexities of diversified conglomerates, including experience managing matrix organisations, multiple business units/P&Ls, and diverse stakeholder priorities. • Strong commercial orientation with the ability to link transformation initiatives to measurable business outcomes, operational improvements, and financial value creation. Experience • 20+ years of progressive experience leading business transformation initiatives within large, complex, multi-business-unit organisations, preferably within diversified conglomerates or enterprise environments.
