About the Role
Gulf Future Business is seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee day\-to\-day business activities and support the company's operational objectives. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure efficient workflows, effective team coordination, and continuous operational improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
* Manage daily business operations and ensure activities are carried out efficiently.
* Develop and maintain operational procedures to improve productivity and service quality.
* Coordinate with internal teams to support business objectives and operational requirements.
* Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements where appropriate.
* Prepare operational reports and present updates to management.
* Assist in planning and implementing business initiatives and company projects.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and established operational standards.
* Support resource planning and workflow management across departments.
* Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
* Contribute to maintaining a productive and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
* At least 5 years of experience in business operations, administration, or operations management.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to analyze operational processes and recommend improvements.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Good command of English. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
