**Job Title:** Business Manager – Garment \& Fashion Industry **Company:** ANDGARMENT TRADING AND TAILORING **Location:** Birkat Al Awamer, Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Salary:** QAR 12,000 Full Package **Commission:** Commission provided on successfully closed deals **Performance Bonus:** Additional bonus upon achieving monthly business targets **Job Summary** ANDGARMENT TRADING AND TAILORING is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and results\-driven **Female Business Manager** to take overall responsibility for managing and developing our garment factory and growing portfolio of clothing and uniform brands. This is a senior, hands\-on management position for someone who can manage the business from **A to Z**, ensure the factory operates smoothly, improve business performance, develop new opportunities, and ensure that all departments are working toward the company's vision and objectives. The successful candidate must have a strong background in the **garment, textile, fashion, uniform, apparel manufacturing, or related industry** and understand the complete business cycle from customer acquisition and quotation to production, quality control, delivery, invoicing, and after\-sales service. The Business Manager will work closely with management and will be responsible for ensuring that ANDGARMENT continues to grow professionally, operationally, commercially, and financially. **Key Responsibilities1\. Overall Business Management** * Take overall responsibility for the day\-to\-day management and smooth operation of the business. * Ensure all departments are working efficiently and according to company objectives. * Establish clear priorities, targets, procedures, and performance standards. * Identify operational weaknesses and implement practical solutions. * Monitor the overall performance of the company and report directly to senior management. * Ensure the business operates according to ANDGARMENT's vision, strategy, and growth objectives. * Take ownership of problems and ensure they are resolved quickly and professionally. **2\. Garment Factory Management** * Oversee the complete garment production operation. * Coordinate between production, tailoring, cutting, finishing, quality control, design, sales, purchasing, and administration. * Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved. * Monitor factory productivity, efficiency, wastage, quality, and costs. * Ensure customer orders move smoothly from quotation and confirmation through production and final delivery. * Identify production bottlenecks and implement improvements. * Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, fabrics, trims, and other resources. * Maintain high standards of quality and finishing. * Work closely with the production team to improve productivity and reduce unnecessary costs. **3\. Sales \& Business Development** * Develop and execute strategies to increase company sales and profitability. * Identify and pursue new corporate, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, school, government, and retail business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision\-makers. * Lead negotiations with major customers and corporate accounts. * Follow up on quotations, tenders, proposals, and potential contracts. * Convert leads and opportunities into confirmed orders. * Develop long\-term business relationships and increase repeat business. * Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure proper follow\-up by the sales team. * Personally participate in important client meetings and negotiations when required. **4\. Business Growth \& Improvement** * Continuously identify new opportunities for business expansion. * Develop strategies to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction. * Identify new market segments and potential customers. * Support the development and growth of ANDGARMENT's multiple brands. * Recommend new products, services, and business opportunities. * Analyze competitors and market trends. * Stay updated with developments in the garment, uniform, fashion, and textile industries. * Introduce new systems and processes that improve efficiency and profitability. **5\. Brand Management** * Ensure all company brands are developed and positioned according to the company's vision. * Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand positioning. * Support product development, collections, uniforms, and new product launches. * Ensure products and services meet the required market standards. * Identify opportunities to strengthen the company's presence in Qatar and the GCC market. **6\. Financial \& Commercial Management** * Monitor sales, expenses, production costs, and overall profitability. * Review quotations and pricing to ensure commercial competitiveness and profitability. * Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team for collection. * Control unnecessary expenses and identify cost\-saving opportunities. * Review monthly business performance against targets. * Provide management with recommendations based on business performance and financial data. **7\. Team \& Staff Management** * Lead, motivate, and manage employees across different departments. * Set clear responsibilities and performance expectations. * Monitor employee performance and productivity. * Ensure departments communicate effectively with each other. * Identify staffing requirements and recommend recruitment when necessary. * Support training and development of employees. * Address performance and operational issues professionally and promptly. * Build a culture of accountability, discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement. **8\. Customer Relationship Management** * Ensure excellent customer service throughout the complete customer journey. * Handle major customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. * Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. * Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated to the production and operations teams. * Follow up on customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business. **9\.
