This is a full\-time position based in Doha, Qatar. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in a client\-facing, business development, account management, or outsourcing role * Experience within outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or professional services is preferred * Understanding of client relationship management and service delivery processes * Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications * Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives **Skills \& Competencies** * Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships * Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Skilled in coordinating service delivery and managing client requirements * Ability to identify business opportunities and support account growth initiatives * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * Customer\-focused approach with strong problem\-solving capability * Willingness to travel for client meetings, business presentations, and industry events **Availability \& Eligibility** * Immediate joiners are preferred * Valid QID with transferable visa is preferred
