Carry out monitoring of operational performance (realized days, reporting, service, productivity ratio, etc.) to be lined up with KPIs.
Achieving the local I.05 Infrastructure & Project Supervision commercial targets (P&L) including sales, costs and Profitability.
Ensure proper resource planning, cost control and margin achievement for Infrastructure & Project Supervision projects.
Defining local I.05 Infrastructure & Project Supervision strategy, taking explicitly into account the global and regional BF strategy, as well as implementation and controlling.
Disciplinary and technical responsibility for the employees of local I.05 Infrastructure & Project Supervision
Achieve the Business Field’s set objectives (revenue, margin, utilization, quality KPIs, customer satisfaction) for I.05 Infrastructure & Project Supervision.
Support cross-selling and cooperation with other Business Lines to leverage Infrastructure & Project Supervision expertise.
Maintain regular job-related contact with clients and liaises with client and/or Project Management Consultant with ease.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
Additional qualifications in project supervision, construction management, health & safety, fire protection, technical due diligence, or building materials testing are an advantage.
Minimum 15 years total experience.
Minimum 10 years in infrastructure, construction supervision, project management, technical inspection, civil/structural assessment, technical due diligence, or related assurance/consulting services in the built environment sector.
Proven experience in one or more I.05-relevant service areas such as construction supervision, commissioning services, structural safety assessment, fire protection concepts/reviews, health and safety coordination, road condition surveys, technical consulting, expert opinions, or laboratory/expert services related to non-metallic construction materials
Experience with public and private infrastructure projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, ports, airports, industrial facilities, logistics centers, hospitals, educational facilities, or similar assets is preferred.
Experience in leading teams, managing operational performance, and owning commercial targets / P&L is mandatory.
Familiarity with the local market in Qatar and the region is preferred.
