Business Development Officer

**Core Requirements** * 3–5 years of proven experience in business development within the services sector, preferably digital marketing or web solutions * Demonstrated track record in client acquisition and revenue generation * Strong understanding of Qatar market dynamics and business environment * Established network within SMEs and corporate sector in Qatar * Ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities * Strong proposal development, presentation, and negotiation skills * Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage **Role Responsibilities** * Generate and convert qualified leads into paying clients aligned with NDT’s minimum deal values * Manage full sales cycle: lead qualification, requirement analysis, proposal, negotiation, closure * Build and maintain long\-term client relationships to support recurring revenue * Work closely with internal teams to ensure clear scope definition and client expectations * Maintain pipeline discipline using CRM and follow structured sales process **Additional Requirements** * Experience selling digital marketing, website, or branding services * Clear understanding of SME challenges and decision\-making behavior in Qatar * Valid Qatari driving license (preferred) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR5,000\.00 per month Experience: * Business Development: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * Arabic (Preferred) Location: * Doha (Preferred) Work Location: In person
