Job Description
MESQCO is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development across the hardware retail, ironmongery carpentry, and door manufacturing segments. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key customers and industry partners, expanding the company's market presence, and achieving sales targets. A strong understanding of the local market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to business growth are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and develop new business opportunities across ironmongery, hardware retail, carpentry, and door manufacturing segments.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware retailers, carpenters, door manufacturers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
● Generate leads, conduct client visits, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into sales.
● Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve business growth targets.
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strengthen the company's market position.
Requirements and Qualifications
● Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the ironmongery, hardware retail, carpentry, or door manufacturing segments.
● Valid four-wheeler (Car)driving licence.
● Strong knowledge of hardware and ironmongery products, with a good understanding of the local market.
● Established industry contacts and the ability to develop long-term business relationships.
● Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate effectively, and achieve sales targets.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and business development skills.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
