Business Development Executive

**Job Description** Brillianz Educational Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Business Development Executive** to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to guide prospective students toward the right educational programs while achieving admission targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Counsel prospective students regarding undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and professional courses. * Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions. * Follow up with inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. * Convert leads into successful enrollments. * Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents. * Achieve monthly admission and sales targets. * Update customer information and maintain records in the CRM. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process. * Represent the organization professionally and provide excellent customer service. **Requirements** * Transferable Visa (Article 18\) is mandatory. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, TeleSales, or Academic Counseling. * Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. * Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Target\-oriented with a positive attitude. * Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience will be an advantage. * **Kerala Candidates Only** Interested candidates can send their updated CV to: Language: * MALAYALAM (Required) Work Location: In person
