Business Development Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries in the UAE. • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, site visits, and other sales activities. • Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand customer requirements and present Greenloop's services. • Promote sustainability initiatives and educate clients on environmentally responsible waste management practices. • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers. • Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business opportunities. • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Follow up on inquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools. • Collaborate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. • Represent Greenloop at exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences when required. • Submit daily activity reports, weekly sales updates, and monthly performance reports. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field. • 2–5 years of business development or B2B sales experience in the UAE. • Experience in waste management, environmental services, recycling, industrial services, logistics, or facility management will be an advantage. • Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
