Business Analyst

**Job Overview** We are looking for a **Business Analyst** to support the development and continuous improvement of a digital learning and education operating system. You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable product and system requirements. This role is ideal for someone who can understand complex workflows, ask the right questions, identify gaps, and turn business needs into well\-defined user stories, processes, and functional requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. * Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional requirements. * Work with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. * Map end\-to\-end user journeys and business processes across the platform. * Define requirements for features, modules, dashboards, reporting, notifications, permissions, and system integrations. * Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Development, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle. * Identify gaps, dependencies, business rules, edge cases, and potential risks before development. * Support product backlog refinement and feature prioritization. * Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, product demonstrations, and other Agile activities. * Review completed features to ensure they meet agreed business requirements. * Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Analyze user feedback and operational data to recommend improvements. * Maintain clear and up\-to\-date business and functional documentation. * Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * 4\-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role. * Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. * Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. * Experience with business process mapping and workflow analysis. * Good understanding of software and product development lifecycles. * Experience working with Product, Development, UX/UI, and QA teams. * Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to organize complex requirements and manage multiple priorities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with EdTech, SaaS, ERP, learning platforms, or other multi\-module digital platforms. * Basic understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, and data flows. * Experience defining dashboards, reports, roles, permissions, and administrative workflows. * Experience conducting or supporting UAT. * Understanding of education, training, learning management, or organizational development processes is an advantage. **What We’re Looking For:\-** We want someone who does more than take notes and document requests.
