Job description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and digital transformation initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
* Conduct business analysis and process assessments.
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.
* Document business requirements and process models.
* Perform gap analysis and recommend future\-state processes.
* Support roadmap development and business case preparation.
* Collaborate with technical teams throughout the engagement.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
* 7\+ years of business analysis experience.
* Strong experience in digital transformation projects.
* Excellent documentation, process modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with BPMN, business process improvement, and requirements management.
* Public sector or healthcare experience is preferred.
Work Location: In person
