• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Ensure data accuracy across systems.
Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Procurement, Projects, and Property Management teams.
• Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs).
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree in: Business Administration , Finance ,Economics or Data Analytics
• 4–7 years of Business Analysis experience prefer bank experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years in: Real Estate Development , Property Management , Construction or investment
• Experience with ERP implementation (preferably Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience in project feasibility studies is preferred.
