Breakfast Chef – Café in Dubai Creek Harbour

**About Us** We're a café and restaurant in Dubai Creek Harbour (The Cove), known for fresh, quality breakfast and brunch dishes. We're looking for a skilled, independent Breakfast Chef to lead our morning service. **Responsibilities** * Independently run and manage the full breakfast/brunch shift * Prepare high\-quality dishes (eggs, salads, avocado toast, etc.) to a consistent standard * Manage kitchen prep, stock, and cleanliness during morning service * Coordinate with front\-of\-house for smooth service and order accuracy * Maintain food safety and hygiene standards **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of professional chef experience * Proven ability to run a breakfast/brunch shift independently * Strong knowledge of breakfast and café\-style cuisine * Reliable, organized, and able to work early morning hours * UAE food hygiene certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) **What We Offer** * Full\-time position * Salary: up to AED 4,000/month * Work in a growing, well\-located restaurant in Dubai Creek Harbour Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
