**OVERVIEW** **Position** Salesperson Women's Wear Boutique **Department** Sales / Retail **Reports to** Store Manager / Boutique Manager **Location** Bahrain **About Company \& Role Purpose** A leading women's wear boutique with locations in Seef and Riffa is seeking an experienced and friendly Female Salesperson to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and a customer\-focused attitude. The role involves assisting customers, processing sales, and maintaining store presentation to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES** **General** · Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. · Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations. · Process sales transactions accurately using POS software. · Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. · Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management. · Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits. · Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns professionally. · Achieve individual and store sales targets. · Stay updated on product knowledge and current fashion trends. · Support the store team in daily operations as required. **BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE** **Qualifications** · Prior experience in retail sales is preferred. · Experience with POS sales software is an advantage (willingness to learn is accepted). · Presentable and professional appearance. **Skills** · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Friendly and outgoing demeanor with a passion for fashion. · Customer\-focused with the ability to build rapport. · Basic computer skills and willingness to learn POS systems. · Good organizational and time management skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Flexible and adaptable to store needs. · English communication skills are required; Arabic is a plus.
