Job Description: What You'll Be Doing: BIM Model Development • Create and update 3D BIM models for wet utility systems using Civil 3D, or other BIM software. • Model Potable water, Irrigation, Stormwater and Sewerage networks. • Develop utility structures such as manholes, chambers, valve chambers, tanks, and pump stations. • Maintain model accuracy in line with design revisions. Drawing Production • Generate plans & profiles from BIM models. • Ensure drawings comply with project CAD and BIM standards. • Participate in multidisciplinary coordination activities. • Assist in identifying and resolving clashes with roads, structures, buildings, landscape, and dry utilities. • Update models based on coordination comments and approved design changes • Follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and company procedures. • Perform model checks to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy. • Ensure proper naming conventions, folder structures, and data management practices are maintained. What Required Skills You'll Bring: • Autodesk Civil 3D • Navisworks • Office • AutoCAD • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 • InfraWorks (preferred) • Dynamo (preferred) What Desired Skills You'll Bring: • Strong understanding of Wet Utility Infrastructure. • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and design specifications. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Problem-solving and coordination abilities. • Knowledge of BIM standards and project workflows. •
