BIM Modeler – HVAC

Job purpose: Develop and coordinate HVAC BIM models to support efficient installation, technical accuracy and multidisciplinary clash resolution. Key responsibilities • Develop HVAC BIM models using Revit. • Model ductwork, chilled-water piping, equipment, air terminals and related systems as applicable. • Coordinate duct routes, pipework, ceiling spaces and equipment clearances. • Run clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate resolution with other disciplines. • Prepare coordinated shop drawings, sections, schedules and installation details. • Incorporate approved revisions and support site technical queries. • Maintain model accuracy and comply with project BIM standards. • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline. • 5–8+ years of HVAC BIM experience. • Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks. • Understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping and multidisciplinary coordination. • UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
