Bim modeler (Architectural)

**Job Description** We are seeking a skilled **BIM Modeler – Architectural** with experience in architectural and interior design projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and coordinating high\-quality BIM models using Autodesk Revit while ensuring compliance with project requirements and BIM standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain accurate 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit. * Prepare architectural construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules. * Model interior design elements such as furniture, ceilings, wall finishes, millwork, and joinery. * Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to detect and resolve clashes. * Update BIM models based on design changes, consultant comments, and client requirements. * Produce drawing packages and documentation for design, tender, and construction stages. * Create and manage Revit families, templates, and project standards. * Perform quality checks to ensure model accuracy and compliance with BIM execution plans. * Participate in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams. * Support quantity take\-offs and project documentation when required. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, or a related field. * **Minimum 5 years of experience** as an Architectural BIM Modeler. * Proven experience in **interior design modeling** using Autodesk Revit. * Advanced proficiency in **Autodesk Revit**. * Good working knowledge of **AutoCAD**. * Experience with **Navisworks** for model coordination and clash detection is an advantage. * Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). * Strong understanding of architectural construction drawings and detailing. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. * Excellent communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
