BIM Developer

Key Responsibilities Develop custom Revit plug-ins and add-ins using C# , Revit API , and Visual Studio Create and maintain automation tools and BIM data management solutions Develop Dynamo scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks Build and manage highly detailed BIM models for complex interior fit-out projects Collaborate with BIM and Engineering teams to automate repetitive processes and improve project delivery Produce construction documentation, schedules, quantity take-offs, and shop drawings Support quality control and BIM standards compliance across project deliverables Mentor and guide BIM Modelers and Junior BIM Modelers Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Dynamo Experience with C# , .NET Framework , and Revit API Knowledge of Visual Studio Understanding of BIM standards, LOD, shared parameters, and naming conventions Familiarity with Python, JSON/XML, and BIM data management tools is a plus Requirements Minimum 5 years of BIM experience Preferably within the Interior Fit-Out industry Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline Relevant Diploma holders with strong experience are also encouraged to apply
