BI Developer

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will leverage 4-6 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and analytical reports that align with business requirements, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements • Design, develop, test, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports • Create and optimize data models, dataflows, and DAX calculations • Integrate data from multiple sources using ETL processes • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance tuning • Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions, implementing enhancements as needed • Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices • Document BI solutions, processes, and technical specifications • 4-6 years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX • Strong knowledge of data modeling and SQL • Experience with ETL processes and integrating data from multiple sources • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and data warehousing concepts • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
