Job description

A leading and reputable center supporting individuals with disabilities in the State of Qatar is seeking a **dedicated, qualified, and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist** to join its multidisciplinary clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about working with children with **Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)** and other developmental disabilities and who is committed to delivering high\-quality, evidence\-based behavioral interventions. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical supervisors, therapists, educators, and families to implement individualized intervention programs that promote meaningful progress, independence, communication, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities * Implement individualized **Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)** programs and behavior intervention plans under the direction and clinical supervision of qualified professionals. * Conduct structured **one\-to\-one therapy sessions** with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral conditions. * Apply evidence\-based behavioral strategies and intervention techniques in accordance with established treatment plans. * Collect, record, monitor, and maintain accurate and timely data related to client behavior, skill acquisition, and treatment progress. * Support the development and improvement of **communication, social, academic, cognitive, adaptive, and daily living skills**. * Implement behavior\-reduction and skill\-acquisition programs consistently and ethically. * Establish positive therapeutic relationships with clients while maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. * Collaborate effectively with **BCBAs/clinical supervisors, speech and occupational therapists, psychologists, teachers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team**. * Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers and support consistency of intervention strategies across home, school, and clinical settings. * Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, training sessions, and professional development activities as required. * Maintain accurate client documentation and comply with organizational policies, clinical standards, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulations in Qatar. * Demonstrate professional integrity, cultural sensitivity, patience, and respect when working with children and their families. * Perform other duties related to client care and therapeutic services as assigned by the clinical supervisor or management. Qualifications \& Requirements * **Bachelor’s degree** in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or another relevant field. * Professional certification such as **RBT, ABAT, or an equivalent ABA\-related credential** is highly preferred. * Candidates with proven professional experience as an **ABA Therapist / Behavior Therapist** may also be considered. * Previous experience working with **children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges** is strongly preferred. * Sound understanding of ABA principles, behavioral intervention strategies, and data collection procedures. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills, with strong attention to detail. * Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and implement clinical instructions accurately and consistently. * Ability to work collaboratively within a **multidisciplinary team**. * Demonstrated patience, empathy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of individuals with special needs. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards. * Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. * Candidates currently residing in Qatar or with relevant experience in the Gulf region will be an advantage. Pay: QAR1\.00 \- QAR3\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
