Bilingual Behavior Intervention Specialist (Arabic and English)

HOPE Qatar is dedicated to offering the highest quality of services to its clients, ensuring impactful results in the lives of the children and youth under its care. **Role Description** The **Bilingual Behavior Intervention Specialist** will focus on assessing behavioral challenges and implementing evidence\-based strategies to promote positive behavior among students with disabilities. This role includes developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), training staff and families in behavioral techniques, and monitoring progress to support academic and social success. **Qualifications** * Master’s Degree in **Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field**. * Minimum **2 years of experience** working with persons with disabilities in behavioral intervention or rehabilitation. * Fluency in **Arabic and English** **(spoken and written).** * Deep clinical knowledge in **Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior modification, and intervention strategies**. * Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate **individualized behavior plans**. * Strong collaboration skills with teachers, therapists, and families. * Excellent skills in observation, data collection, and progress reporting.
