Beauty & Cosmetics Sales Associate

We are looking for an experienced and customer\-focused Beauty \& Cosmetics Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong product knowledge and 2–3 years of experience selling makeup, skincare, and haircare products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome customers and identify their beauty needs. * Provide clear information about product benefits, ingredients, usage, and suitable skin or hair types. * Recommend appropriate makeup, skincare, and haircare products. * Demonstrate products and explain how to use them correctly. * Answer customer questions confidently and professionally. * Achieve individual and store sales targets. * Maintain clean, attractive, and well\-organized product displays. * **Understand and identify fast\-moving and best\-selling products.** * **Regularly monitor stock availability on the sales floor.** * **Immediately inform the supervisor when the stock of a fast\-moving item reaches 2–3 pieces or is running low.** * **Report out\-of\-stock items, customer requests, and high\-demand products to the supervisor.** * **Support stock replenishment and help prevent lost sales caused by unavailable products.** * Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases. * Stay updated on beauty trends, new products, and promotions. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in beauty and cosmetics sales. * Strong knowledge of makeup, skincare, and haircare products. * **Must be able to clearly explain product information to customers.** * **Good understanding of fast\-moving products and basic stock monitoring.** * Ability to understand customer concerns and recommend suitable products. * Excellent communication and customer\-service skills. * Confident, energetic, presentable, and sales\-driven. * Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * UAE retail experience is preferred. * Immediate availability will be an advantage. **Interested candidates may send their updated CV via WhatsApp: \** Please mention “**Makeup, skincare, and haircare**” when applying.
