**Job Description: Bartender / Mixologist** We are seeking an experienced, creative, and dynamic **Bartender / Mixologist**, **currently based in the UAE**, to join our team. This role bridges the art of high\-end beverage design with the energy of fast\-paced bar operations. You will be responsible for crafting both classic and innovative cocktails, developing unique flavor profiles, and maintaining total organization of the bar area. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for mixology, a thorough understanding of stock management, and a natural ability to connect with guests to deliver an exceptional, memorable lounge experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and prepare premium cocktails, signature mocktails, and traditional beverages to the highest quality standards. * Maintain complete orderliness, hygiene, and cleanliness of the bar station in accordance with UAE municipal standards. * Manage daily bar inventory, control waste, and coordinate stock replenishment. * Engage with guests warmly, provide detailed menu recommendations, and deliver impeccable customer service. * Collaborate closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak high\-volume hours. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a high\-volume hospitality environment. * **Mixology Expertise:** Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktail builds, flavor pairings, and modern mixology trends. * **Regulations:** Familiarity with standard hospitality laws, licensing, and sanitation rules in the UAE. * **Skills:** Impeccable interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication in English. * **Attributes:** Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure. * **Availability:** Willingness to work flexible hours, late nights, weekends, and public holidays. **How to Apply:** If you are an enthusiastic, results\-driven hospitality professional eager to bring creativity and precision to our beverage program, we want to hear from you!
