Head Bartender

Prepare and deliver beverages to members and guests following the department Standard Operating Procedures Participate in creating new cocktails and assist with developing drink list for the Bar menu Ensure the efficient, consistent flow of service and standards are constantly met during service periods Handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner Ensure that all the Bar equipment and any other objects needed for service are prepared and available Be efficient in keeping beverage wastage to a minimum and ensuring stock under your responsibility is secure Monitor the daily checklist and ensure all opening and closing duties are completed Support sales and ensure relevant/appropriate suggestions are made with regards to cocktails Minimum 2 years experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants Internationally recognised professional certification Excellent level of English, written and spoken Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility Excellent communication and listening skills Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality Ability to work long shifts and stand for the extended period of time Impeccable manners Immaculate personal presentation and well-spoken
