Barista – The Coffee Truck Co. ☕️ We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Barista to join The Coffee Truck Co. team. As a barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing high\-quality coffee and delivering a great customer experience while working across our coffee truck, coffee cart, pop\-ups, and events around Kuwait. Responsibilities: * Prepare espresso\-based and other beverages consistently to our standards * Provide friendly and professional customer service * Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment * Maintain a clean and organized workstation * Assist with setting up and closing down the truck/cart at events * Manage orders and payments accurately * Monitor stock and inform the team when supplies need replenishing * Represent The Coffee Truck Co. professionally at all events * Work efficiently during busy events and high\-volume periods Requirements: * Previous barista experience preferred * Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso\-based drinks * Friendly, positive, and presentable * Reliable and punctual * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment * Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends * Good communication skills * Team\-oriented attitude Work Location: In person
