Barista / Service Crew

* Represent Kind Kones as a server with enthusiasm and a can\-do spirit. * Greet customers warmly and explain our products and concept (vegan treats \+ inclusive crafts) * Assist customers in selecting ice cream flavors and DIY kits * Serve ice cream, prepare desserts and beverages. * Upsell product bundles, workshops, and add\-on items * Engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer service. * Basic cashier duties. Handle payments accurately using POS systems * Assist in stock\-taking. Restock inventory and prepare DIY kits as needed * Communicate the ethical and social impact behind our handmade craft materials. * Explain workshop options, product use, and care instructions * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas/outlets and ensure safe distancing is maintained. Maintain clean, organized displays for ice cream, crafts, and merchandise * Perform outlet opening and closing duties. * Ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld (especially in food handling) * Assist with in\-store workshops, school visits, and birthday parties Support setup and breakdown of events or pop\-ups Pay: RO180\.000 \- RO250\.000 per month Work Location: In person
