Barista- Female

**Job Summary** We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer\-focused Female Barista to join our new coffee shop. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, enjoy interacting with customers, and be able to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. **Key Responsibilities** \- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso\-based drinks, tea, and other specialty beverages. \- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide excellent customer service. \- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, café area, kitchen, and equipment. \- Replenish stock and monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies. \- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash when required. \- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the café. \- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. \- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times. \- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure a positive customer experience. **Requirements** \-2 yrs experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred . \- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and specialty drinks is an advantage. \- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). \- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills. \- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. \- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. \- High school qualification or equivalent preferred.
