Barista (Café Startup)

Location: Al Khawaneej, Dubai, UAE Workplace: Home\-Based Kitchen Employment Type: Full\-time / Part\-time About Us We are a growing home\-based healthy café startup in Al Khawaneej, Dubai, specializing in premium Greek yogurt, healthy desserts, specialty coffee, and wellness\-inspired products. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Barista who is excited to help build our café experience from the ground up. Responsibilities * Prepare and serve high\-quality coffee, matcha, and specialty beverages. * Maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation. * Assist in creating and developing signature beverage recipes. * Recommend new drink ideas and seasonal menu items. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station. * Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs. * Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a welcoming café atmosphere. * Work closely with the team to support daily operations in a startup environment. Requirements * Previous experience as a Barista in a café or coffee shop. * Knowledge of espresso machines, coffee extraction, milk steaming, and latte art. * Experience preparing specialty coffee and matcha beverages. * Passion for coffee, creativity, and continuous learning. * Ability to work independently and adapt in a startup environment. * Food safety and hygiene knowledge. Preferred Qualifications * Female candidates are preferred. * Experience in specialty coffee or healthy café concepts is an advantage. * Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills. * Experience in creating beverage menus or signature drinks is a plus.
