Barista

* Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, and other beverages. * Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes, and other drinks as required. * Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and beverage equipment. * Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, presentation, and quality standards. * Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and professional service. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, counter, equipment, and utensils. * Follow food safety, hygiene, FIFO, and proper food\-handling procedures. * Check and maintain adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups, fruits, and other beverage ingredients. * Minimize wastage and report damaged, expired, or low\-stock items to the supervisor. * Follow opening, closing, cleaning, and shift procedures and perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
