BARISTA/BARTENDER

**Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes. * Operate coffee\-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee station and seating areas. * Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. * Manage cash transactions and accurately process payments. * Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. * Uphold health and safety standards in food preparation and service. **Qualifications:** * Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment. * Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
