Banking Sales Executive – Merchant Services

We are seeking a dynamic Banking Sales Executive – Merchant Services to acquire new merchant partners, promote payment solutions, and build long-term client relationships while driving business growth and revenue objectives. This is a full-time position based in Qatar. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in merchant acquisition, banking sales, payment solutions, or financial services • Proven experience in acquiring merchants and promoting POS terminals, payment gateway, or digital payment solutions • Strong understanding of merchant services, acquiring business, and payment industry practices • Experience achieving sales targets and managing customer portfolios • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Expertise in identifying and acquiring new merchant accounts across various business sectors • Capable of promoting POS, payment acceptance, and digital banking solutions based on customer needs • Adept at developing strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service • Experience negotiating commercial terms and preparing sales proposals and agreements • Proficiency in managing sales pipelines, merchant onboarding, and CRM updates • Effective planning, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities • Strong sales acumen with a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives .
