Banking Relationship Officer

Position: Banking Products Relationship Officer- Auto Loans/Personal Loans/Credit cards Location: Dubai Oud Mehta Salary: AED 4,000 per month (plus performance incentives) Employment Type: Permanent | Full-time Role Summary: The Banking Relationship Officer is responsible for generating new business and achieving sales targets for Credit Cards & Auto loans This role involves prospecting, customer acquisition, relationship management, and providing financial solutions tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a solid understanding of retail banking products. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, referrals, field visits, and networking. • Promote and sell Credit Cards / Auto Loans to customers. • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. • Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. • Conduct product presentations and explain key features, benefits, and eligibility criteria. Key Skills & Competencies • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities • Good knowledge of retail banking products (Credit Cards/PL/Auto Loans) • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets • Customer-centric approach • Basic understanding of credit assessment and documentation processes • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage) • Target-driven, professional, and customer-focused. • Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable lending solutions. • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. • Handle customer queries, documentation guidance, and loan/credit card application support. Requirements: • Age : 20 to 35 years • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience in retail or corporate banking, preferably in product sales or relationship management. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of banking products and regulations. • Clear credit history.
