**Main Objectives:** Carries out various baking duties, as assigned on shift. Includes consulting established airlines specifications, selecting row materials and ingredients and preparing all yeast related products to the required specifications and standards. **Main Duties** o Takes over from the outgoing shift, checks airline flight schedules to ascertain the number and schedule of flights, and receives advice regarding the number of all yeast\-related products to be prepared. Ensures smooth shift transitions and proper preparation of products according to flight schedules, maintaining operational continuity. o Consults established airline specifications, selects appropriate raw materials, and prepares all yeast\-related products, including sweetmeats, using the correct ingredients to ensure consistency and adherence to airline standards, guaranteeing high\-quality bakery products. o Allocates specific assistance duties to the team and ensures that work is carried out as instructed, ensuring efficient workflow and task distribution, maintaining productivity and quality throughout the production process. o Works according to given instructions and established airline specifications. Completed work is subject to checks at regular intervals, maintaining quality control and ensuring all work meets the required standards, minimizing errors and ensuring consistency. o Ensures high standards of food production are maintained according to airline specifications, guaranteeing the production of quality bakery products that meet airline requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction. o Ensures the timely delivery of bakery products to various airlines according to their specifications, facilitating on\-time delivery, aligning production with flight schedules, and meeting airline expectations for punctuality and quality. o Comply with Company's and airport authorities’ health, safety \& security requirements. o Carries out other similar or related duties as directed by the management. **Minimum Requirements** **Education:** o Minimum of High school Diploma or an equivalent amount of experience. **Experience:** o Minimum of 3 years practical experience in a similar position. **Other Essential Requirements:** o Great in written/spoken English. o Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Standards. o Teamwork and Communication Skills Work Location: In person
