Artisan Bakery Chef – Job Vacancy
We are looking for an experienced Artisan Bakery Chef to join our team.
Requirements:
\- Professional experience in bread making and bakery production
\- Strong knowledge of artisan bread and dough preparation
\- Hands\-on experience with sourdough and naturally fermented doughs
\- Good understanding of fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking
\- Passionate about quality, consistency, and traditional bread\-making techniques
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
