Automotive Workshop Coordinator

The role involves coordinating between customers, reception, and workshop teams, ensuring smooth workflow, accurate job tracking, and timely vehicle delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate daily workshop activities and job flow * Open, update, and close job cards accurately in the system * Schedule and assign jobs in coordination with the Workshop In\-Charge * Track job progress and ensure timely completion * Follow up with technicians and supervisors on job status * Communicate updates to reception and customer service teams * Ensure all required approvals and documentation are completed * Coordinate vehicle movement between departments and branches * Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery as per schedule * Maintain accurate records of jobs, delays, and completion times * Support customer communication regarding job status when required * Assist in handling customer inquiries and service coordination * Monitor workflow to avoid delays and bottlenecks * Ensure proper coordination between workshop, QC, and front office * Prepare daily operational reports and updates **Qualifications:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive, or related field (preferred) **Experience:** * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in workshop coordination, service advisor, or similar role * Experience in automotive workshops or service centers is preferred **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and coordination abilities * Good knowledge of workshop processes and job flow * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation * Problem\-solving and follow\-up skills * Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (Zoho or similar) * Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) * Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage) * Customer\-focused mindset **How to Apply:** If you are organized, detail\-oriented, and passionate about automotive operations, apply now and join CARPI AUTO.
