Automotive Quality Controller (MUST Have QC Certification)

We are committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and flawless quality, particularly for luxury and high\-performance vehicles. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Automotive Quality Controller (QC) to ensure all vehicles meet CARPI AUTO’s premium quality standards before delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a sharp eye for detail, and proven experience in inspecting automotive services such as detailing, PPF, painting, and refinishing. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform detailed inspection of vehicles after completion of work (PPF, paint, detailing, tinting, etc.) * Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery * Verify finishing quality, alignment, surface condition, and overall workmanship * Identify defects such as scratches, bubbles, dust particles, swirl marks, or installation issues * Ensure all work complies with company SOPs and premium quality standards * Complete and sign Quality Control (QC) checklists for every vehicle * Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to rectify defects and minimize rework * Ensure vehicles are clean, protected, and ready for customer delivery * Monitor adherence to approved repair and installation procedures * Maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation * Report recurring quality issues and recommend corrective actions * Support continuous improvement in quality and operational processes * Work closely with workshop and management teams to maintain consistent quality standards **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * **Certified Quality Controller (QC Certification required – Automotive or related field)** * Additional certifications in automotive detailing, painting, or inspection are an advantage **Experience:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive quality control or inspection * Strong experience in detailing, paint, PPF, or automotive refinishing * Experience working with luxury or premium vehicles is highly preferred **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong attention to detail and inspection expertise * In\-depth knowledge of automotive finishing and quality standards * Ability to identify defects and enforce corrective actions * Strong understanding of SOPs and quality control procedures * Good communication and coordination skills * Problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities * Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality * Basic computer skills (ERP/CRM systems and reporting) * Commitment to delivering high\-quality results and customer satisfaction **How to Apply:** If you are a certified quality professional with a passion for automotive excellence and precision, apply now and join CARPI AUTO.
