**Job Title:** Automotive Parts Director **Company:** Brand X Parts **Job Type:** Full\-time **About the Role** Brand X Parts is seeking a strategic and results\-oriented **Automotive Parts Director** to oversee our global automotive parts division, supply chain operations, and commercial growth strategy. In this executive role, you will be responsible for end\-to\-end parts management—including international OEM/aftermarket procurement, central inventory distribution, vendor contract negotiations, and regional sales performance. You will lead cross\-functional teams to streamline logistics, ensure high order\-fulfillment accuracy, and drive profitability across all parts channels. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategic Operations:** Define and execute the overarching procurement, inventory management, and distribution strategy for our automotive parts operations. * **Supply Chain \& Inventory Management:** Oversee global inventory levels, demand forecasting, warehousing, and logistics frameworks to balance stock availability with optimal working capital. * **Vendor \& OEM Relationships:** Establish, negotiate, and maintain long\-term partnerships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), Tier\-1 suppliers, and aftermarket distributors worldwide. * **Commercial Growth:** Lead wholesale, B2B, and digital parts sales initiatives, working closely with sales teams to expand market share and develop key corporate account relationships. * **Leadership \& Team Development:** Direct, mentor, and evaluate a team of procurement managers, supply chain specialists, warehouse operations leaders, and parts advisors. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is preferred. * **Experience:** Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the automotive parts or aftermarket sector, with at least 4 years in a senior executive or director\-level position. * **Domain Expertise:** Deep understanding of international automotive supply chains, parts cataloging systems, inventory optimization algorithms, and global freight/customs procedures. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Dealership Management Systems (DMS), and data\-driven inventory software. * **Skills:** Proven track record in vendor negotiation, commercial contract management, large\-scale budget oversight, and team leadership. * **Language:** Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus. الراتب المدفوع: KWD٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
