In this role, you will be the engine that keeps our business running smoothly—optimizing shop workflow, managing a skilled team of technicians and sales staff, and ensuring every customer drives away completely satisfied. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee daily activities across the service floor, parts department, and showroom to ensure seamless workflow and maximum efficiency. Team Management: Lead, schedule, and mentor staff, including mechanics, service advisors, and administrative personnel, fostering a high\-performance culture. Inventory \& Procurement: Manage vehicle and parts inventory, maintain optimal stock levels, and negotiate with suppliers for cost\-effective procurement. Customer Excellence: Serve as the final escalation point for customer inquiries, maintaining top\-tier service standards, swift turnaround times, and high client retention. Financial Performance: Monitor operational KPIs, control departmental budgets, and implement strategies to increase overall profitability and service volume. Requirements 5\+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with 2\+ years in an operational management, service manager, or fixed operations role. Strong working knowledge of automotive repair processes, service writing, and dealership operations. Hands\-on proficiency with automotive dealership management systems (DMS) and inventory tracking software. Exceptional leadership, problem\-solving, and conflict\-resolution skills in a fast\-paced environment. Strong business acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational KPIs.
