A leading company is seeking an experienced **Automotive Service Center \& Tire Sales Manager** with a proven track record in managing and operating automotive service centers and tire businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving business and financial objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and oversee the daily operations of the automotive service center. * Supervise tire sales and installation services, wheel balancing, wheel alignment, and quick maintenance services. * Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance and productivity of the service center team. * Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of service quality. * Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control. * Prepare operational reports and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Drive sales growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, health, and safety procedures. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field. * Minimum of **5 years of experience** managing automotive service centers or tire service operations. * Proven experience in operations management, sales, inventory management, and customer service. * Strong leadership, managerial, and computer skills. * Experience in the local market, with proficiency in both **Arabic and English**. تعلن شركة رائدة عن حاجتها إلى **مدير مركز صيانة سيارات** يتمتع بخبرة مثبتة في إدارة وتشغيل مراكز الصيانة والإطارات، وقادر على قيادة فريق العمل وتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والمالية. **المهام والمسؤوليات** * إدارة وتشغيل المركز والإشراف على العمليات اليومية. * إدارة خدمات بيع وتركيب الإطارات، الميزانية، الرودات، والصيانة السريعة. * قيادة فريق العمل ومتابعة الأداء والإنتاجية. * الإشراف على خدمة العملاء وضمان جودة الخدمات. * إدارة المخزون والمشتريات ومراقبة التكاليف. * إعداد التقارير التشغيلية وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs). * تطوير المبيعات وزيادة الإيرادات والربحية. * ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات الجودة والسلامة. **المؤهلات** * بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكية او ما يعادلها. * خبرة لا تقل عن **5 سنوات** في إدارة مراكز صيانة السيارات أو الإطارات. * خبرة في التشغيل، المبيعات، إدارة المخزون، وخدمة العملاء. * مهارات قيادية وإدارية قوية، وإجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي. * خبرة في السوق ، وإجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
