AutoCAD Design Engineer

• Assist in daily factory operations, production planning and workflow coordination. • Support the preparation, reading and interpretation of technical drawings and fabrication details. • Work closely with production, engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities. • Assist in monitoring production schedules, material requirements and quality standards. • Learn the fabrication processes involved in marble, granite, quartz and porcelain manufacturing. • Help identify operational challenges and propose practical solutions. • Maintain accurate records, reports and production documentation. • Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient communication and timely completion of tasks. • Take initiative, solve problems and gradually assume greater responsibilities as experience develops. • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline. • Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience are welcome. • Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Basic understanding of technical drawings, measurements or manufacturing processes. • Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and Office applications. • Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills. • Ability to take initiative, accept feedback and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred: • Basic knowledge or experience using AutoCAD , as technical drawings form an important part of our daily operations. • Familiarity with manufacturing, production planning or construction-related activities. • Ability to understand engineering drawings and dimensions. • Previous internship or practical exposure to factory or industrial environments.
