Responsibilities:
Attraction Performance Analysis:
• Analyze performance of each attraction (revenue, throughput, utilization).
• Identify top-performing vs under performing rides.
• Evaluate pricings vs demand to detect under priced or overpriced attractions.
• Recommend pricing adjustments and promotional strategies.
Queue & Capacity Optimization:
• Monitor and analyze queue lengths and wait times.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose operational improvements.
• Work with operations to improve guests flow and ride capacity utilization.
• Support implementation of queue management strategies (e.g. fast track).
Revenue & Pricing Strategy:
• Assess effectiveness of pay per ride pricing model.
• Conduct elasticity analysis to determine optimal pricing.
• Identify opportunities to increase per capita spend.
• Support dynamic pricing or bundling strategies where applicable.
Partner (Revenue Share) Performance:
• Analyze performance of partner attraction kiosks and outlets.
• Revenue per location
• Conversion rates
• Average transaction value
• Identify best performing and underperforming attractions.
• Recommend pricing and placement strategies.
Budgeting and Business Planning:
• Support the team in ORB s Business plan strategy, ensure alignment with the group shareholder mandate and integration with the operational arms.
• Responsible for the overall ORB business plan consolidation and preparation of presentation.
• Review the operational and commercial sustainability of the business plan assumptions and financial parameters.
• Challenge the relevant reports to ensure full analysis is conducted for the results
• Deliver high-quality financial planning and analysis deliverables
Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance (MBA preferred) or related field
• 7+ years of relevant and managerial experience in business analysis and Planning with a large organization. Media and/or leisure & entertainment experience preferred.
