Assistant Sales Manager

Almoayyed Industrial contracting \& Trading ( a division of Almoayyed International Group) that specializes in activities that focused on Oil \& Gas, Power \& Water Industries is looking for **Assistant Sales Manager** to join our team The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships and securing Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control \& Automation projects across industrial, infrastructure, utilities, water \& wastewater, oil \& gas, and commercial sectors. Engineering graduates from Electrical background with a minimum 10 years of sales experience in oil \& gas, Power \& Water Industries * Identify and pursue new business opportunities for E\&I and MEICA projects and Products. * Generate sales leads and convert them into business opportunities. * Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams for technical and commercial proposals. * Review RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications. * Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. * Achieve annual sales targets and GP objectives. * Develop sales strategies for key accounts * Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities in automation and industrial solutions. * Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements. Desired Candidates Profile * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field. * A minimum of 7 10 years of sales/business development experience in Mechanical or Electrical \& Instrumentation projects. Demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets. * GCC/Bahrain market experience preferred reflecting familiarity with market dynamics. * Strong negotiation and presentation skills. * Knowledge of E\&I systems, PLC, SCADA, automation, and industrial solutions. * Strong negotiation and presentation skills Pay: BD1,000\.000 \- BD1,500\.000 per month Work Location: In person
