Job description

Support the Planning and Buying teams with accurate administrative and operational coordination. Generate and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales, stock, performance, and product reports. Extract, validate, analyse, and consolidate data from reporting systems such as MicroStrategy, ERP systems, Excel, or similar tools. Prepare Excel trackers, dashboards, sales summaries, and product performance reports for internal stakeholders. Assist with monitoring sales performance, stock levels, sell-through, product availability, markdown activity, and key retail KPIs. Maintain product, supplier, purchase order, pricing, and master-data records accurately within relevant systems. Support buying administration, including product set-up, order documentation, range-plan updates, and follow-up with internal teams. Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and E-commerce teams to obtain and share required information. Help ensure reports are delivered on time and that all figures are checked for accuracy before circulation. Support seasonal planning activities, product launches, promotional reporting, and general team administration. Identify discrepancies in reports or data and escalate them promptly to the relevant team member. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, filtering, and report formatting. Experience producing weekly and monthly reports, ideally within a retail, fashion, buying, merchandising, planning, or commercial environment. Comfortable using reporting tools and systems such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems, or similar platforms. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work with large volumes of data. Genuine interest in fashion, luxury retail, product, trends, and customer behaviour. Interest or prior exposure to buying, merchandising, planning, product administration, or inventory support. Organised and able to manage recurring deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication skills and confidence working with multiple internal stakeholders. Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn commercial planning processes. High School Diploma. Internship, placement, or previous administrative experience within fashion, retail, buying, merchandising, planning, or e-commerce is an advantage.
