Job description

Supports daily venue operations and leads service teams to ensure brand and service standards are maintained. Supervises and coaches FOH team members and supports guest satisfaction revenue targets and operational requirements. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management. Strong communication leadership decision-making and organizational skills. Fluent in English with knowledge of POS and restaurant management systems.
