Assistant Accountant Cum Receptionist

Assistant Accountant – Roles & Responsibilities • Assist the Accountant in day-to-day accounting and financial activities. • Record and maintain invoices, receipts, payments, expenses, and other accounting transactions. • Prepare and maintain supplier and customer records. • Assist in preparing payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and petty cash records. • Verify supplier invoices, supporting documents, and payment details before processing. • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and financial records. • Assist with bank reconciliation, petty cash reconciliation, and routine accounting entries. • Follow up on pending invoices, payments, and supporting documents. • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice and payment matters. • Assist the Accountant in preparing monthly reports and other financial statements as required. • Maintain confidentiality of company financial and employee information. Receptionist / Front Office – Roles & Responsibilities • Manage the reception area and provide professional front-office support. • Receive and welcome visitors, clients, suppliers, and other guests. • Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls to the appropriate department/person. • Receive and distribute incoming correspondence, courier items, and documents. • Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor access when required. • Handle general enquiries and direct them to the concerned department. • Maintain a professional and organized reception area. *Preferred 2 to 4 Years of experience. • Indian Nationality Preferred
