ASSET MANAGEMENT LEAD

**Primary Purpose of the Job:** The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously enhancing asset management standards, policies, processes, and systems to support the effective management of QatarEnergy’s non\-operated assets. The position will drive excellence in asset management practices through quality assurance, the adoption of industry best practices, and the development of training and knowledge\-sharing initiatives. The role also plays a key part in building organisational capability, fostering communities of practice, and strengthening asset management expertise across the business through targeted learning and development programmes. **Required Experience and Skills:** Minimum of 15 years of experience within the industry including 8 years working in asset or JV management. Has deep understanding of Asset Management, change management principles and systems as well as prior experience of working with Asset Teams. **Educational Qualifications:** Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or related field)
