Senior Infrastructure Asset Advisor

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Advisor to support the strategic management of critical infrastructure assets within a major utilities environment. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in developing and implementing asset management frameworks, lifecycle planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with international best practice. Lead lifecycle planning and asset performance improvement initiatives. Conduct asset condition assessments and criticality analysis. Support investment planning and long-term asset sustainability. Develop KPIs and asset performance reporting. Work closely with engineering and operational teams to optimise asset reliability. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Professional accreditation (IAM, Chartered Engineer or equivalent preferred). 20+ years' experience in asset management within utilities or infrastructure. Strong understanding of ISO 55000 Asset Management principles. Experience within water, wastewater or public infrastructure is highly desirable. Previous GCC experience is advantageous.
