Asphalt Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate all asphalt paving activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery while meeting client specifications, project schedules, and productivity targets. Key Responsibilities • Plan, supervise, and manage daily asphalt paving operations. • Coordinate manpower, plant, materials, and equipment to achieve project objectives. • Prepare daily and weekly work programmes in line with the project schedule. • Monitor productivity, optimize resource utilization, and implement improvements where required. • Supervise paving crews and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to the Project Manager. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support successful project execution. • Support workforce development through coaching, guidance, and performance monitoring. Compliance & Ethics • Comply with the Company s Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery & Corruption policies. • Report any suspected breaches of company policies or ethical standards. Quality Responsibilities • Follow Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures. • Ensure all paving works comply with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable quality standards. • Relevant Asphalt qualification. • Engineering background is an advantage. • Valid UAE Driving Licence preferred. • Minimum 5 years experience in asphalt paving supervision or management. • Mandatory experience in Dubai asphalt contracting projects. • Strong knowledge of paving operations, productivity management, and stakeholder coordination.
