Art Director

**Job Summary** --------------- We are looking for a talented **Art Director** to join our Creative Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong conceptual thinking, exceptional visual design skills, and the ability to develop and execute creative advertising campaigns. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Develop and execute creative concepts for advertising campaigns. * Lead visual direction from concept through final execution. * Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and creative teams to deliver compelling creative solutions. * Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation. * Present creative concepts and visual directions to clients and internal stakeholders. * Ensure all creative work aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. * Guide and support junior designers and creative team members. * Coordinate with production teams and external partners to ensure quality deliverables. * Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines. * Stay updated with design trends, technologies, and industry best practices. **Qualifications \& Experience** -------------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media Design, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in an advertising agency with a strong creative portfolio. * Demonstrated experience in concept development and campaign execution. * Experience leading or mentoring junior creatives. * Strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
