We’re Hiring: Area Manager – QSR We are looking for an experienced **Area Manager – QSR** to oversee multiple restaurant outlets, drive operational excellence, achieve business targets, and ensure consistent service and brand standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee **multiple QSR outlets** within the assigned area. * Drive **sales, revenue, profitability, and operational performance**. * Monitor outlet KPIs, including sales, labor cost, food cost, wastage, and customer satisfaction. * Ensure compliance with **SOPs, food safety, hygiene, quality, and service standards**. * Lead, coach, and develop **Restaurant Managers and outlet teams**. * Conduct regular outlet visits and performance reviews. * Identify operational gaps and implement **corrective and improvement action plans**. * Control operating costs and improve **overall outlet profitability**. * Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalated customer complaints. * Coordinate with **HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations** teams. * Support new outlet openings and ensure smooth operational launches. * Prepare and submit regular **sales and operational performance reports** to management. Requirements * **3–5\+ years of experience** in QSR / F\&B operations, preferably in an Area Manager or similar multi\-unit role. * Proven experience managing **multiple QSR outlets**. * Strong knowledge of **restaurant operations, P\&L, food cost, labor cost, and inventory control**. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Target\-driven with a strong focus on **sales and profitability**. * Good knowledge of **food safety, hygiene, and QSR operational standards**. * Experience in the **Qatar/GCC market** is an advantage. * Experience with established QSR brands will be highly preferred.
